Theano importan las ventanas de error 7

Tengo un problema al importar theano en python. Al importar Theano en el bit de 32 bits de Python, en Windows 7 de 64 bits, recibo los siguientes errores y advertencias: También debo agregar que actualmente tengo instalado GCC 4.8.1. Lo que tengo que hacer para arreglarlo.
