Diagtwig de caja de Seaborn: TypeError: tipo (s) de operando no compatibles para /: ‘str’ y ‘int’

Trato de hacer boxplot vertical marino como este

yo obtengo

escribo orientar

 sns.boxplot( x= "c",y="a",data=df , orient = "v") 

y obten

 TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for /: 'str' and 'int' 

pero

 sns.boxplot( x= "c",y="a",data=df , orient = "h") 

funciona coreect! que pasa

Para los diagtwigs de caja de Seaborn, es importante vigilar las asignaciones del eje X y del eje Y, al cambiar entre la alineación horizontal y vertical:

Mezclar las columnas hará que Seaborn intente calcular las estadísticas de resumen de los recuadros en los datos categoriales, lo que está destinado a fallar.
